2 and 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter 2/3 cup evaporated milk 12 oz (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips 7 oz jar of marshmallow fluff 1 teaspoon vanilla
Line a 8 0r 9" square pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray/ set aside
In a heavy 3 quart pan over high heat, combine sugar, butter, milk and stir with a wooden spoon until butter melts.
Scrape sides of pan often. Bring to a full boil stirring constantly. Once it begins to boil time it for 5 minutes and turn heat to medium. (It should boil for a full 5 minutes stirring constantly)
When timer goes off remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Then add the marshmallow fluff and beat with a wooden spoon until well blended. Add the vanilla and mix well. Pour into the pan.
Cool to room temp, slice and you can store them on the counter covered.
Enjoy!
