Laurie made this "up" as she went along and was delicious but feel free to add/delete ingredients as you wish. MARINADE: 1/2 cup canola oil 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder RUB: 1 tablespoon Lawry's season salt 2 teaspoons black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder Mix all together Marinade meat (London Broil) for 8 hours in a zip lock bag or glass container covered with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. 2 hours before grilling remove from fridge and set meat on counter (in marinade) to get meat to room temperature. RIGHT before grilling, remove meat from marinade and apply rub into meat, all sides. I fired up the grill about 10-15 minutes before grilling, all burners on high.... Turn off center burner and put meat on, cover grill and sear meat 4 minutes. Turn meat over and sear another 4-5 minutes (with cover down) depending on how well you want you meat cooked. We had about a 1.5"-2" thick cut of meat. Enjoy!

Thanks so much for posting this Bob as it sounds delicious and your instructions are to a tee. Will definitely be grilling this before the summer is over.
