3 pound Chuck Roast (or any beef roast) One envelope dry Italian season dressing mix One envelope dry Ranch dressing mix one envelope dry brown gravy mix Two cups water
In a large mixing cup add all 3 dry envelopes of seasoning to the two cups of water. Stir until well blended
Put roast in slow cooker (brown on both sides if desired) Pour all the mixture over the roast.
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 8 hours
