OK just got this recipe and I have not tried it yet but I will in the very near future. My niece fixed it and said it is so good. If you like cabbage you have to give this a try.
Green cabbage/small head 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 2-3 large garlic cloves/smashed Kosher salt Black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and oil or spray a baking sheet with olive oil
Cut the cabbage from top to bottom (bottom being the root) to 1" thick slices Rub both sides of the cabbage slices with the smashed garlic cloves Spread olive oil on both sides of the cabbage slices evenly Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper
Roast on middle rack in oven for 30 minutes/flip and roast another 30 minutes The edges should be brown and crispy
Depending on how many slices you make, you may need more smashed garlic and olive oil. This makes 6 slices
