Ingredients:
1/2 cup bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon softened butter
Combine all above ingredients at one time and pour into a 9" buttered pie pan
Bake @ 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the custard sets
Like magic it layers into a crust, custard and coconut topping! Cool before serving

I got this recipe from my niece a couple days ago and it sounds so good. Have not had a chance to try it but she said it is so simple and just delicious. This will be my next baking feat as soon as the lemon cake is all gone!
