These make a perfect treat to any meal especially a Thanksgiving Meal. Also they are good for someone with diabetes.
8 Good size Apples. I like Red Delicious because of how sweet they are but if you like ones that are tangy the Granny Smith would be perfect.
1/3 C. Sugar 2 tbsp. Corn Starch 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 2 tbsp butter
Cut your apples into Quarter sized pieces then put them aside. Mix your dry ingredients into a bag then place your apples into the bag. Shake to coat thoroughly. Next place Apples into a Casserole Dish in the Microwave. Then add butter and Cook for 11 -12 minutes until the apples are good and tender.
It serves about 4 people using small desert dishes.

Lordy sakes Chrissy on the Granny Smith apples, as you got my mouth watering just thinking about eating those. Of all the types of apples out there, Granny Smiths #1 in my book.
As to this receipt, can't wait til' the Mrs sees this one.
Thanks a million for sharing this with us.

You are welcome Judy and Ron. I enjoy sharing. Do you guys like Sweet Potato Pies or Pecan? I have those too.
