1 cup Bourbon 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Worcester Sauce 1 Pinch Mustard Powder 1 Pinch Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper 2 Ribeye Steaks
Combine: Bourbon, Worcester Sauce, Mustard Powder, Garlic Powder, and Black Pepper: Slowly add Brown Sugar last to get it well blended.
Marinate steaks in this in a ziploc bag for 4 hours. (In fridge) Take out and let set for 15 minutes at room temperature. Grill on high heat 5 minutes each side for medium rare. The outside will look burnt as the brown sugar caramelizes. For longer cooked steak turn down heat or put on higher grill rack.
You can also pan fry with a little olive oil on high heat.
Got this recipe from my neice in Wisconsin. Said it really makes a great tasting Ribeye.

Well, there is a problem as I might sip the Bourbon prior to Laurie making this then I'd be the dog house. Judy, I'm speechless as you've combined two of my favorite things; Bourbon and Ribeye's. Will definitely save this one and THANKS MUCH!
