This is very simple and delicious and a true German recipe.
4 butterfly pork chops 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon pepper 3/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco 2 eggs, beaten
1. Wash meat and dry on paper towel. 2. Beat meat until double in size with a meat beater. 3. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. 4. Dip in flour, then beaten eggs and into the bread crumbs. 5. Heat Butter Crisco in large skillet and place schnitzel in pan. 6. Brown well on both sides in pan on medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4

Oh Yeah Babe! Nothing but DELICIOUS is all I can say. However, sauté onions - warm brown gravy w/mushrooms and fried potato's placed over the Schnitzel hits the spot for me...
