These are my favorites..... 1 package of Vienna All Beef Hot Dogs. (Yes, it has to be these, no exceptions) Yellow Mustard. (Plochman's or French's is fine) Jar of Vienna Sport Peppers. (These aren't too hot but this is whats used around these parts) Celery Salt. Sweet Pickle Relish. Freshly chopped white onion. Freshly sliced tomato. 1 package of "white" hot dog buns. (room temp) Jar of sliced Kosher Pickle Spears. (Clausen I think is the best) In a small sauce pan, boil hot dogs till they float or when done. Place in hot dog bun and liberally coat one side of the dog with mustard and the other with the relish. Down the middle put some of the chopped onion. Sprinkle lightly some of the celery salt and top with tomato slices and a couple of the sport peppers and pickle spears. Enjoy!

We have a brand of dog here called Juicy Jumbos they are to die for. We used to be able to get Oscar Myers but they stopped selling them here about 7-8 years ago. They are not foot longs but probably about 2 incges longer than regular dogs. Bob I will try this recipe come spring when we get the old firepit going again. Sounds like a great recipe. We have a stuck up next door neighbour from Vancouver area originally who will not eat dogs... I think she should be deported!!! Every self respecting North American loves a good dog.

Bob I will have to find a place that sells the Vienna hot dog as I don't think I have seen it. Probably our Kroger butcher would know and we have a few select meat markets to around close. This sounds good and Ron loves hot dogs, so do I if I can blacken them on the grill. Will give this a try.
