This is more for cold and flu or just not feeling well. It does work pretty good. I tried it this past week.
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated (leave peel on) Honey Lemon A shake of cayenne pepper
Bring a cup of water to a boil. Pour over the ginger root and let it steep for a couple minutes. Strain. Sweeten to taste with honey. You can add a dab of lemon if you like and to really help you breathe better and drain the sinuses, add a shake of cayenne pepper.
This has a punch to it.
