2 lbs Ground Beef
1 1/2 cups Cheese (diced)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 large Green Pepper (chopped)
3/4 to 1 cup of Crumbled Crackers
2 tsps. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Paprika
3 cups Milk
Combine ingredients in order given; mix well. Press into greased loaf pan (size depends on how you think you want the loaf). I like mine to be 1" to 1 1/2 " thick.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Check and make sure meat is done and not burnt so it will not be dry.
(This is my mother's recipe and the only way I will eat it.)

Nabeela this recipe is close to what I use. I just cut it in half tho for two people. Had meatloaf for dinner last night.

I'm the only one out of my family (hubby & son) that eats it. My mil ate it as well but she passed away last year. I also cut it in half or make the whole recipe for leftovers. I also make stuffing and mashed potatoes to go with it.
