In going thru my recipes for the holidays, I came across one I have fixed around Thanksgiving over the years. Going to fix it this year and thought I would share as it as easy and very delicious.
1 (one) 15 ounce can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix) 1 (one) 12 ounce can of evaporated milk 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar 3 eggs 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all above ingredients and pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan
Then take:
1 box of yellow cake mix 1 cup of melted butter (2 sticks)
Sprinkle the cake mix over the pumpkin mixture Pour the melted butter over the top of all this
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes (70 Min)

I read this to Laurie and she said "print it" Sounds delicious and if rON gave it approval, it has to be good. Thanks Judy!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we do and even the older grandkids like it.
