As we near the holidays I want to share this great recipe with you. Hope you try it and enjoy it.
Ingredients:
4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese/softened 1 Tbsp each of milk & sugar 1 1/2 cup of thawed cool whip 1 cup cold milk 1-16 oz can of pumpkin 2 packages (4 serving size) jello vanilla instant pudding mix 1 Tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 Tsp ginger 1/4 Tsp ground cloves 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crumb Crust (6 oz)
Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp milk & 1 Tbsp sugar in a large bowl using a whisk. Stir in the cool whip. Spread on the bottom of the crust.
Pour 1 cup of cold milk into a bowl. Add the pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture in the crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped topping.
